I had a breakfast sandwich on Naan bread and a caramel macchiato and they were delicious! I highly recommend trying this new Cafe out!

Amazing new coffee shop in town. Delicious breakfast bagels, low carb snack and breakfast options and amazing treats made with quality ingredients. Highly recommended.

Lovely little spot by the Old City. I had the curry chicken wrap and a cappuccino. Great flavour for the wrap. It is a bit on the smaller side but full of flavour! It is a mild spice level for those that can't handle heat. The cappuccino had the perfect foam. The interior is big but has a bit of a weird layout. The prices for coffee are standard and the food prices are a little bit expensive but I guess that is because of inflation.

A fabulous addition to Nanaimo’s cafe scene! Clean, tasty made from scratch dishes, interesting menu, friendly yet pro service. Will definitely go back.

New place to enjoy, everything was perfect, with one exception- too noisy, almost impossible to hold a conversation. Every one there...owner and customers, all leaned into over the table to speak to the table mates.Enjoyable, I will go back to see if the place has paid attention to the comments.

I've eaten here a few times now and I can't express enough how tasty and original the food is, especially the baked goods like the scones and the muffins! The drinks are great too. Definitely recommended!

What a great place to go for a Saturday morning brunch! It was not to busy at all we had awesome service with amazing food and the coffees were great. One of the best eggs bennies I have had! Great work to every who was there!

Awesome shop! Everything is made fresh in their kitchen. Not gonna lie it was definitely difficult to make a decision on what to order as there was no shortage of tempting options. Check it out and support local business.

Expensive but good coffee and snacks. However I give La Isla three stars because you never know when they are open…there have been multiple times over the past couple of months that they are either open during the week, then including the weekends, then back to decreased hours, and closed because staff are sick….multiple businesses are open when staff are sick… I would suggest the public calling before they go because the cafe may or may not be open.
