Drive through is always painful. But last night waited 22mins!! Wasting time and gas on a Sunday night. But it happens every week. They always seem severely under staffed, that I feel bad for the few ones working there. Horrible management. I hope they know how bad your bad management is for the environment. Every day people just wasting time and gas for a coffee.I've never posted a one star but the people running this store deserves none.

This is 0 review. Ordered 2 coffee and 1 chicken wrap waited 15 mins for 1 wrap that is still cold when they gave it to us staff doesn’t know what their doing their busy chatting asking what number we have cashier didn’t even give us a receipt . Worst Tim Hortons ever.

I worked for Tim's for 2 years. When a customer asks for less ice, I give them a well filled cup with less ice.I asked for less ice in my blackberry yuzu quencher and recieved a large amount of ice.Upon receiving the drink I waited for the team member to finish serving the next customer and asked if I could have my drink remade with less ice. She informed me that it would taste differently but if I wanted it with less ice, she would oblige. What I received was a very sad excuse for a drink. The line was long so I didn't want to hold people up any longer, I accepted my drink and left unsatisfied.Here is the picture. Unacceptable.

I ordered quencher with no ice. First a gurl (Aneesa) gave me quencher with ice. I asked again for no ice. She removed the ice and handed me the cup half filled only. On asking she was very rude. Was ready to fight. Worst experience

Good Tim’s. Only problem and the biggest problem here is the staff. I’m a truck driver so I come here every night and the staff is not well trained and slow working. Last summer there were 3 young gentlemen who I would encounter every night, they were great and amazing people, well trained and spoke well. Very rarely would they mess orders up, etc. My advice would be to hire them for overnight again to make this place a lot better.

Service was quite slow last time I visited this venue, while in the drive-thru for everyone ahead of me. My order, consisting of 1 drink, was quick. Also the price of most items at this Tim Hortons location is higher than most other Tim Hortons locations. All-in-all, this venue has been fairly decent most of time I've visited.

One of the absolute worst locations, unimaginably poorly run. The wait for drive through is ridiculous, I had to turn my truck off while i waited. Must have taken about 10-15 minutes for a row of about 8 cars. In Toronto, that line would be gone in 5 minutes or less. Once you get to the window, you wait longer for someone to talk to you. And then when you get to the window, they keep you waiting on a donut that doesn't require preparation, while you witness employees floating about asking each other how they're doing and chatting, while an enormous line of cars wait outside. Is this not a en route"? Do they not understand the concept of serving customers quickly? The service is so bad that i felt compelled to pull over and write this review after leaving the pickup window. Horrendous location

On the way back from a long trip I visited this Tim Hortons at four in the morning pulled through the drive-through and was greeted rudely, asked for a second to decide what we wanted and once we were ready, we asked, and we heard no response for 10 to 15 minutes. We waited at the speaker still with no response. We pulled up to the window and seen nobody in the back kitchen, we pulled back around through the drive-through and waited yet again for another 10 to 15 minutes after pulling through the second time, we seen three workers sitting there on their phones will never return again worst service

Quick-in, quick out in the early morning. At the OnRoute before leaving the GTA up north on the Hwy 400. Tim Hortons appears to have the longest line. But order from the mobile app and you can skip the queue when it’s accepting orders. Got my order of milk tea exactly as specified.
