This is the worst tim hortons i have ever been to unfortunately thats the only one i can use because its close to the building i work at. They always take literally 20 minutes to make two breakfast wraps no exaggeration. And they didnt open the building till like 6 : 30 with people freezing outside waiting for the guy who slept in..

Love to start my mornings here. Been served by Ashneet a couple times now, and again this morning. She's always so polite and starts my day with a great smile. Outstanding service by her. I plan on coming here whenever I start my morning with tims from now on. Thanks Ashneet!

The slowest Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. Sadly this is the closest to my office. I’ve waited over 40 minutes for lunch, and 20 minutes for a morning coffee. It’s pretty common.

Extremely, extremely slow. Very understaffed for the business. I’ve been waiting almost 15 minutes for a chicken craveable while people who ordered food/drinks after me have been served. This Tim Hortons is always terribly slow. They need to address this.

For the most part this location has good service and food, however the management needs to improve. Staff will take 10 minutes to get to a till and take an order, while the rest are all making up one order together. Multiple times have gotten my order mixed up or done wrong even after making sure I give the right and clear instructions at the till. This has happened on way too many occasions to myself as well as some of my coworkers.

The full lettuce leaf and reasonable amount of mayo was why I kept going to Tim's over McD's. But, if this sandwich is any indication, I need to find a new lunch spot.The lunch menu board was off and the staff were not aware of the new seasonal latte's.

It's a regular Tim Hortons so it's ok, the clerk was nice and to go to the washroom you need to ask them to open I but it has free WiFi so it's a good spot to warm up a little and check your Google maps or anything like that and is close to prince's Island park

Very slow operations - 4-5 people are working behind the counter but it took 7 mins to make one bagel.There is a supervisor but he is acting like he knows everything and laughing and being loud, AND not helping others to be more efficient. No supervision and no discipline here.Don't think will recommend this place.
