I go to tims often. I just don't like when you repeat an order everyday and get different results. Like medium drink with 1 sugar. Sometimes sweet. Sometimes not. Sometimes granular sugar all at the bottom. And mixed donut was given 2 old fashioned. On a box of 6 never happened ever before.

Thanks to the employees joking around, they didn't put the lid on my coffee properly and I got hot coffee all over my hands and legs. Getting burnt is not why I came here.

This Tim Hortons always has great service ,and the staff are great .Im a reoccurring customer so I go everyday because I no I’ll get the very best service ,the business has to offer.Thanks to the management and staff off the Montreal road location .God no’s it it one of the harder locations to work at and for that we thank you on behalf of all the coffee drinkers in Cornwall.

Just not the The Tim's Canada once was Proud to rally with. Really odd that Roll up the Rim now is no longer an actual look forward to event but needs a cell phone & cell plan too!.But for that, most visits the staff are great.

How is it possible for a fresh americano to be lukewarm? They’re made with boiling water, they’re usually piping hot. Disappointed, cause you know how it is when you’re looking forward to that hot coffee.

This particular location is always slow at serving indoor counter customers. Even when it's a simple order such as coffee can take a while. Though all Tim Horton's are usually slower at serving in restaurant clients, this particular location is by far slower than the others.May it be due to staffing related issues, work ethics on the behalf of the employees, lack of training and/or motivation from the management this is definitely affecting this locations profits.I am curious to know what is being done to addess the issue. I can't understand how 5 cars could go by if the same level of service was applied to in-restaurant guest.

They don't seem to know how to make some of the more complex drinks, but I do appreciate our server trying to make the requested hazelnut cold brew with espresso foam even though she wasn't quite sure how to. The store is very small, though.
