It's a tiny location and the entrance and cash are awkward with more than 4 people in line. They didn't have apple fritter timbits, but they did have chocolate coconut timbits. Our server made fresh decaf for us, but mine was oddly tepid.

Asked for the Grilled cheese Got It Without the cheese on the top .Not worth going go stop at another restaurant . But not this one. Called the stire the staff was not friendly at all and not ready to accept their mistake. Such a waste customer service they provide .

Food is okay, but there is this horrid old woman who is always rude to not only customers but also her coworkers. She claims to have worked there for decades, only God knows how. She gets orders wrong and then has the nerve to tell you you got it wrong, only to be corrected by a coworker or otherwise and then not apologize and huff and puff. She will sometimes lie about not doing" various drinks that take effort

Honestly, I try to give an establishment a chance. I have been coming to this Timmie's for the past few months and it's generally run well. The one glaring error is the short, older asian lady who just seems miserable all the time.I placed an order for pick up and the restaurant was given ample notice. I arrive and see one of my items is ready and waiting in the pick up order area behind the counter. I wait patiently for someone to acknowledge me, the above mentioned lady barely acknowledges my existence and asks what is this sitting here?". It's my bagel. She hands it to me and I politely let her know that my coffee was missing. With attitude she says WAIT and mutters something under her breath. This on top of her yelling at the top of her lungs a few weeks ago when there was an incoming phone call to the restaurant. Everyone was busy and couldn't get to the phone

The worst Tim Hortons staff ever, on Nov 18 at 230pm working there was in there trying to purchase a coffee with scan and pay app and they kept telling me it was my card declining meanwhile there was money in the account then they told me scan and pay doesn’t work at that location, meanwhile and go there everyday with the same method of payment and the other staff take my payment with scan and pay. Need to teach ur staff how to treat customers and a crash course on how to take payment. Very disappointed and won’t go back horrible service

Great as always and very fresh. No jalapeño bagels so tried everything bagels. Hope they will carry jalapeño bagel as that’s best out of all. Staff can be little more friendly as lady was in no mood to serve the food. 5 star for food and my Tim love. Hopefully staff can be little more welcoming and smiling as everyone deserves good service.

A small Timmies with limited variety of products. I experienced quick service and a hot cup of tea.Washroom was clean with a powerful hand dryer, which I liked.

I order 4 breakfast sandwiches biscuits with coffee and scan my point card and gets $ 1.85 discount from $21 .They gave tea biscuits instead of breakfast sandwich biscuits . When I asked them there manager said we can’t cancel your order because you scanned your points card and you get $1.85 discount . Then I order again breakfast sandwiches and I paid again $18 . I thought they are going to cancel my 2nd order to compensate their first mistake but nooooo….I ended up paying both orders $21 and $18 they didn’t even want to listen or admitted that’s their mistake. No efforts to correct the matter . I guess not having any training for employees now these days . Nobody in this Tim Hortons able to resolve it , simple thing to do cancelling one order out of two ….Don’t go to this place no one knows what they doing …..
