I come to this Tim hortons religiously and something is always wrong, I continuously ask for no egg on every breakfast sandwich but always get egg, but today was the last straw with me getting a loaded bowl and the longest hair in it possible was there, worse tims on the island honestly. If you’re thinking of going here just go to the Duncan one instead.

It says a lot about the quality of a Tim hortons when I live 2 minutes away from it but never want to go there or when I do I'm always disappointed. Not every staff member is bad, nor should they be blamed. I see no evidence of management at this location, no one taking the lead, people poorly trained and unable to maintain appropriate amount of staff to provide the most basic level of service for what should be considered fast food, but between the orders being wrong and the wait time being longer then a restaurant if you walk in". On top of that I see the burned-out expression on every employees face as they struggle to meet the demand of the business

We actually made the effort to get out of the car and go in to the restaurant: evidently this is a mistake. Stood at the counter while the three or four staff worked the drive thru window, occasionally glancing in my direction, but still no contact. Counted twelve vehicles go past drive thru window, still being ignored. Was joined by other customers, still nothing. Had an older person in Tim’s attire come in from outside and assured us that they would be with us in a sec. Five minutes later I loudly asked if we have to go to drive thru to order anything and was told “I’ll be right with you”. Stood there again for a few minutes, and gave up and left. Have the decency to lock the doors if you don’t want walk ins.

This is the worst Tim Hortons on the face of the planet. Restaurant brands international should investigate into the management of this location. Rotten from the top down.

The service is unbelievably slow and if you have a dual lane drive through, you may want to learn how to use it so the one lane doesn't get multiple orders taken while the other car sits at the speaker waiting to be taken. Will not return to this tims.

This is by far the worst Tim Hortons location. The service is incredibly slow and the order accuracy is quite poor. As for Chrissy on the speaker at the drive through, you need to stop calling everyone babe. Last I checked you worked at a coffee house, not a speakeasy. Show some professionalism.

The young woman with freckles and young man with a beard were incredibly helpful and kind. The POS machine was acting funny and they were quite apologetic and we're trying their best to help figure it out. They made me feel like I was a valued customer. However, the older woman working the drive through was berating them for everything. She even started to get upset at the young man for double checking that we had our coffees. She made them and didn't say anything. What a miserable woman, she shouldn't work in customer service. Her treatment of her coworkers ruined my morning.

I always like Tim Hortons. Washrooms always clean, prices very reasonable and a good variety of foods depending how hungry we are after long bike ride
