Asked for a tray, lady said can ask and have 1 ready? I literally just asked. My bagel was old, 1 side buttered and my tea is white. I asked 1 milk 1 sugar. F this Tim Hortons!

I came in to buy dinner and the store was very clean and quiet. Lovely atmosphere. The male manager was friendly, informative and fast. Though seemed understaffed, I was treated like his top priority and I felt valued, just not like another customer. Will come back in the evenings next time I'm in the area.

Probably one of the cleanest (very clean washrooms and dining area), friendliest and nicest Tim Hortons I have been to in my life. Very kind staff went in a couple days ago doing a job in Beeton, and stopped by for a coffee, lovely staff. The lady at the cash didn’t catch her name was very humble and greeted me with kindness. March 7, 3:30-4pm Thanks guys!

Around 11:45 order taker was disrespectful, later on at window order wasn’t completely handed in, after inquiring order was ready but was not updated in database that’s why I was unable to get it, but no complaint about order. I wasn’t charged for remaining item, I insisted to pay, rude lady started charging but being racist gesture. I inquired if I can speak with supervisor, unfortunately, she was the one herself.I don’t know who to complain about her being racially rude and disrespectful.

Your better off going to Bradford. It’s slow no matter how busy it is in there. And more often than not your order will be wrong

A nice new big Tim hortons, very spacious, clean and the service was quick and friendly. We enjoyed a wrap and coffee on one of the couches as we waited for an appointment. The staff brought the food right to us when it was ready which I found rare for a tim hortons!

The staff at this location are super friendly, but there just aren't enough of them. With only 3 cars ahead of me before the drive-through speaker, I waited in line for 15 min before my order was taken. And this was not the first time.

Saturday, 2:00 in the afternoon, 28 deg C outside, and they have no iced coffee ….. again. Second visit within the last week this has happened. I’ve never been to a Tim’s that is out of product as often as this one. I cut them some slack when they first opened and were figuring things out, but they’re several years in now, and there are few if any lasting improvements that I’ve noted in this respect. Someone from corporate needs to step in and work with the owners of this franchise to help them with tools and methods to properly manage their inventory. As evidenced by all of the other similar reviews, this type of experience does nothing to promote a positive brand impression.

Consistently out of certain foods and drinks! Today I purchased a BBQ chicken wrap and it was so thin, hardly packed, as they like to say they are. Well when I went to eat it, there was no rice, corn etc in it. Not worth what I paid!!I had this happen as well when this particular Tim Hortons first opened, but I overlooked it at the time. I ordered a Sausage and egg breakfast sandwich. Want to know what I received? The breakfast sandwich only! Without the egg, cheese and sausage! Clearly things haven't improved much. Disappointing!
