I ordered a wrap n jalapeno pastry with medium iced coffee and I was over charged with the price of my order. I’m highly dis-satisfied with the store manager as she simply denied as now the order has been punched in system we can’t do anything with this, this is ridiculous why I was overcharged with my order as the normal order price of item was 6.50$ and I was charged 11.48$ and my total bill was 16$. I’m gonna file this complaint to higher authorities for this kind of behaviour…..

Guy at the window confirmed our order by naming the drink we ordered, followed by ‘and food?’.Should’ve known to check order before leaving window, but it was completely wrong.

I ordered on the app while in the store but picked up & are in. Mostly, the staff was helpful and friendly. The food was hot, fresh and quickly prepared. An older staff member(I believe that her name's Susan)was friendly and helpful. She accommodated me(I am disabled) by bringing my order to my end of the counter where I waited. Plus she helped me lower the blinds to block the sun from streaming in.

Decent and clean Tim's. My order didn't take long, and the cashier was very kind. It wasn't too busy as I stopped there in a very cold/stormy day.

This is a beautiful Timmy’s inside. Really feels warm inside. It’s not big but it’s nice. Staff is wonderful also. The manager wish I knew her name but seen her a few times and she’s always friendly with me and always has a great smile. Makes me want to cost more often. Drive thru is slow for me so I always go in.

Never thought I'd write a review for Tim Hortons but this location really deserves it. The staff is exceptional, considering how busy this location is they still always have a smile and great service. The food/drinks at this location are noticeably better than any other Tim Horton's I've been to and we now go out of our way to go to this specific location

I wanted to leave a review for the night staff here. I come to this location almost every night after work and I always get served by the same nice staff. The night staff are very friendly and make the best iced coffees in the area. I have a Tim Hortons that’s closer to my work but I drive to this location. The only reason it’s 4/5 is because during the day they get quite busy which makes for a long wait. Well worth it though!
