Found a piece of plastic in my loaded wrap. Sharp too, not the first time I’ve found something in my food from Tim hortons.Every time I get wedges from the majority of the locations they’re stale.

Recieved wrong items. Order taker was in a massive rush jumping between both open lanes rather than finishing my order in one go. Read it back to me wrong twice. I clarified and she finally got it right. Got to the window and there was alot of staff cheering and rushing the window person. They asked if i got a Decaf, i said yes and an everything bagel breakfast sandwhich and bacon biscuit. She said yep and took me money. Handed me items and everyone cheered like some kind of speed competition was on. Got home and recieved a plain bagel with sausage, not an everything bagel with bacon egg and cheese. Recieved no receipt so cant even complain properly through their website. Management should be pushing order accuracy and quality not speed, because your staff obviously cannot do both.

PLEASE!!!! Train your workers!!! That put the sugar and cream in to our coffees. Make it a priority they listen and get the order right!!!!I got a coffee maker bc I was sick of them getting there orders wrong. All I ask is to get a good cup of coffee before I start work. That's all. For the ones that listen and get my order right thank you, you are greatly appreciated. I thought it made a difference what Timmy’s I went to in cold lake, but it Doesn't! the other ones, get there order wrong to. But ya

Every time I go to this Timmies they get something wrong. I’m not exaggerating when I say every time. It’s been way too many times that I’ve ordered a drink and the drink tastes burnt or like there’s no sugar in it whatsoever. When picking a Tim Hortons to go to in Cold Lake, my friends and I all agree that this is the worst one. Even when it’s easier to stop at this one before work or a road trip, my buddies and I will go out of our way to go to another Tim Hortons because of how much we hate this one. Today I didn’t have much time, so I ordered a hazelnut latte from this Timmies. I can’t even say I’m surprised that the moment I took a sip at work, I gagged. It didn’t taste like hazelnut at all. Waste of money. Thanks for reminding me why I’d rather go to any other Timmies in town than this one.

Going through the drive-thru, I always have to repeat my order, or correct my order. Order the sandwich the other morning, The bagel was in pieces. Bagel belt was slapped together and sideways.

They Make it a priority they listen and get the order right!!!!I will never get a coffee maker bc I was amazed they get orders right . This has got to be the worst Tim Horton's I've ever been to. Come here if you want burnt coffee or random food items that you didn't order; you can also be almost certain that grills are usually out of commission. Save your time and just go to a different location.

This Tim Hortons is nice because it's in the north side very convenient, but I find there menu is very limited and they never have anything prepared. I bought a dozen donuts and there was only three kinds in it and they didn't have enough for another dozen? Then a while later i ordered lunch and they had nothing on the menu I wanted prepared and when I finally ordered they had no wedges after I paid so they just gave me a bunch of cookies without mentioning it? Maybe just needs more staff and more prep time.
